Always a Reason to Celebrate: One of the things that I love about New Orleans is that you never know what you will see just around the corner. I have run upon many seemingly impromptu parades in the French Quarter during my numerous photographic journeys to the Big Easy. This was actually the lead of a parade at the Spring Fiesta. Always a reason to celebrate in New Orleans - whether it is a holiday, a festival or just because it is Saturday. Always a Reason to Celebrate:
